The Great Hawthorn of Savernake.

Jill goes out with verifiers – David Alderman, Dave Kenny and Steve Waters from the Ancient Tree Inventory, to see a magnificent sprawling ancient hawthorn tree in the southern part of Savernake Forest. The single layering hawthorn has a crown span of nearly 30m!
